Scope and Content The collection includes minutes, publications, and reports. It contains the minutes of the first annual meeting of the New Mexico Reclamation Association, held in Albuquerque on December 10, 1943. The President was Oscar M. Love. Mayor Clyde Tingley gave the opening address. The minutes were published in brochure format, most likely to encourage new members.
