Abstract
The Anthony Women's Civic Club of Anthony, New Mexico -Texas was organized in April 1947 to seek out ways to make Anthony a cleaner, healthier, and more enjoyable community in which to live. The club is no longer in existence and the records demonstrate the founding of the club in its early stages. Abstract
The Woman’s Aladdin Club was formed in Canutillo Texas in 1913 and worked closely with the neighboring Crescent Club of Anthony in social, cultural, public service and philanthropic projects until dissolving in the 1990s. This collection of club records includes meeting minutes from the club’s founding to 1986, financial records, yearbooks and scrapbooks.
