Scope and Content Collection consists of letters sent and received, two letterpress books of letters sent, and three account books. Most of the letters involve business correspondence with various individuals in Mexico, including Augustin Lopez of San Luis Potosi, Manuel Jose Bolado of Zacatecas, and Jose Manuel Sanchez of Chihuahua.

Collection is in Spanish.

Abstract This collection contains records of the Tonantzin Land Institute, an indigenous peoples advocacy organization founded in 1982. The records deal with a number of social and political issues relating to land, water, and community organizing, as well as administrative aspects of the Institute.

Scope and Content Collection contains materials from the United Press International, Santa Fe, New Mexico office and consists of the supporting documents for articles on a variety of New Mexico topics - political, social, scientific, and historical written for UPI. Folders are in alphabetical order by primary subjects then subcategories. In the subject files are press releases, reports, government publications, correspondence, newspaper clippings, and tear sheets.
