College teachers -- New Mexico

Abstract Chester C. Travelstead was the Dean of the College of Education at the University of New Mexico from 1956-1968. The vast majority of the collection regards the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) during the 1960s. In the collection is also personal correspondence and newspapers and newsletters commemorating UNM's 75th anniversary in 1964.

Scope and Content Collection consists of materials concerning William Fiedler and topics involving pharmacy. Material includes correspondence with pharmacists and pharmacies in New Mexico; articles by Fiedler and others on the drug "Antikamnia;" directories of pharmacists and pharmacies in New Mexico; records and minutes of meetings from the New Mexico Board of Pharmacy; and biographical materials on Fiedler and other pharmacists such as Charles Bernard Ruppe and Sister Rosa Agatha Berry.
