Scope and content This collection of three scrapbooks and one folder of letters to Ash, includes an amalgamation of news clippings. One scrapbook of clippings belonged to Ash's relative, Viola Tennessee Ash, who homesteaded in Clovis, N.M. The rest of the collection belonged to Ash. Two scrapbooks are filled with news articles about people and events of interest to Ash.

Scope and Content Letter is dated July 25, 1898 and was written by McFie to his cousin May De Mier of Las Cruces. In it, McFie writes about his troop's efforts during the Battle of San Juan Hill and subsequent illness which he describes as malaria.

Scope and Content The collection consists of correspondence and related materials of Royal A. Prentice dating from the 1930s. These literary materials consist of Prentice's correspondence relative to his avid hobby of Southwestern archaeology; which included a very close association with the Museum of New Mexico's Laboratory of Anthropology.

Scope and Content Collection contains 2 scrapbooks of William C. Schnepple. Scrapbook 1 contains ephemeral materials such as newspaper clippings, photographs, correspondence, pamphlets, lists of Rough Riders members, and flyers about the Spanish American War, Teddy Roosevelt, the Rough Riders, Rough Riders reunions.
