Scope and Content The collection consists of miscellaneous cards, letters, articles, and brochures. It includes an untitled typed manuscript on the history of the creation of New Mexico Territory. There is an essay " Santa Fe, City in Two Worlds" written by Fredric Brown (1906-1972), and a pamplet titled "Last Will and Testament of Charlie Masters".

Abstract This collection consists of Beula Fleming's architectural job files, which relate to her building design activities. The files include contracts, specifications, and drawings of dwellings in New Mexico. Also included are records related to her professional schooling and some tax license receipts.

Scope and Content Collection consists of pamphlets which reflect the history of Santa Fe and other New Mexico towns as destination for tourists. Advertising aimed at tourists includes guidebooks, maps and brochures, as well as a small section of guidebooks about Arizona, Spain, and Latin America. The collection is open-ended.

Scope and Contents From the Series: Series 4 contains one box of collected Route 66 visual ephemera and one box containing 2 book proofs for Bernard and Brown’s photobook: “American Route 66: Home on the Road”. In Box 7, visual ephemera is divided into eight folders, by state, and includes postcards, commercial business flyers, maps, tourist guidebooks, pamphlets, and informational flyers for niche landmarks.
