Abstract
Views of Mexico made by C.B. Waite. They include markets, monuments, churches and altars, government buildings, religious processions, popular celebrations and folk art ("judases" in Mexico City), Chapultepec Castle, harbor at Veracruz, the aqueduct at Chihuahua, boats at Xochimilco, formations of "Rurales" militia and the Borda Gardens in Cuernavaca.

This series consists of 25 photographs from different places of Mexico and of various subjects such as churches, views of cities and towns, portraits of Porfirio Díaz, plazas, and military parades. These photographs were taken in Zacatecas, Aguascalientes, Cuernavaca, Puebla, Mexico City, Oaxaca and other unidentified places during the late 19th century and early 20th century.
