Abstract The Marion Grace Saunders Pictorial Collection consists of photo albums, loose black and white photographs, a typed research paper with attached photographs and hand-drawn details of fountains, and slides from Marion Grace Saunders archeological travels in Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, Arizona, California and New Mexico.

Scope and Contents / Alcance y Contenido This collection consists of an album of 63 photographs. When it was bound it was entitled “Views of Central America and Mexico”. However, it is important to note that most of the photographs, if not all, were taken in Guatemala during the late 19th century, which was an important economic transition period in Guatemalan history.
