Abstract The Albuquerque Urban Coalition, under Executive Director Frank H. Martinez, operated as a non-profit corporation from June 1972 through March 1976. Like its parent organization, the National Urban Coalition, AUC concerned itself with addressing problems of urbanization. Albuquerque Urban Coalition emphasized full employment, youth development, education, police-community relations, and urban revitalization. The collection includes reports, memoranda, newspaper clippings and correspondence.
