The Le Viness Collection consists of ten scrapbooks containing chromologically arranged works written by or about W. T. Leviness; fifteen binders containing periodicals with articles written by Le Viness arranged chronologically by date of publication; and one copy of a publication written by Le Viness entitled "The Life and Works of William Hayley: 1745-1820."
William Tight Presidential Papers
William George Tight became the third president of the University of New Mexico in 1901 and was the originator of the Pueblo style architecture for many of the campus buildings. The collection consists mostly of correspondence with faculty members during Tight’s tenure as UNM president.
William W. Schottstaedt collection
This collection consists of one bibliography, Papers on Indian Health, 1840-1971. The bibliography was compiled by William W. Schottstaedt and the library copy was edited by Elizabeth Hendryson. The bibliography lists articles about the health of indigenous peoples of North America. Most of these articles are from a Eurocentric perspective.

Wilson Oil Company Records
This collection consists of original financial records of the Wilson Oil Company of Santa Fe from 1938 to 1963. The Wilson Oil Company has offices in Sena Plaza where it continues to conduct business as a modest sized, locally owned and operated extractor of fossil fuels (gas and oil) from properties in New Mexico. Currently, Parker Wilson is President of the firm and Francis C. Wilson is Secretary-Treasurer.

Letters received by George Kirgo, the New York, New York, and New Haven, Connecticut bookseller, from poet Witter Bynner. Primarily typewritten with holograph additions, the letters concern book orders placed by Bynner. Several mention his interest in D. H. Lawrence and his progress on Journey with Genius. Arranged in chronological order.
Witter Bynner papers
Poet, author of more than twenty-five books, and resident of Santa Fe, New Mexico, for forty-six years. The collection contains correspondence, prose and poetry manuscripts such as The Way of Life According to Laotzu, miscellaneous printed and ephemeral items, and extensive photographs including portraits by Ansel Adams, all of which primarily document Bynner's work from 1943 to 1963.

This collection of club records includes meeting minutes from the club’s founding to 1986, financial records, yearbooks and scrapbooks.
