Historic New Mexico Structures Drawings
Collection consists of drawings of the Aztec Mill in Cimarron, the Maloof Building in Las Vegas, and the Bronson Cutting Mansion, the Padre Gallegos Hous, and Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Santa Fe. Located in basement mapdrawer.

Hotel Don Bernado Guest Register
Collection consists of 2 guest registers for the Hotel Don Bernado, Las Cruces, New Mexico, 1904-1923. Registers skip from 1906 to 1923. Also included are advertisement pages that contain ads of Las Cruces, New Mexico and El Paso, Texas businesses and handwritten notes on the inside of the front and back covers.

I.D. Johnson Papers
This collection consists of seven diaries of Iretus Darrel Johnson (1904-1993), a dentist in Clovis, New Mexico, for the years 1941-1947 and various family items. Also included are three photocopies of his father’s (1868-) memories of Clovis in the early 20th Century, plus one photocopy of family memories of his grandfather Moses (1830-1896) and his father, I.C. Johnson, in Illinois and Iowa in the 1800’s.

Collection consists primarily of letters received by Charles or Louis Ilfeld from family members and business associates. The letters primarily concern either family matters or the activities of the Charles Ilfeld Company. A few business documents are also in the collection.

Collection consists of two of Sweet's business cards as a candidate for New Mexico State Representative of the 2nd District, his 1934 retail dealer's license from the State of New Mexico, a fragment of his 1924 retail dealer's license, and a notice of the rules for visitors to Sweet's ranch.

Ivah Schumaker Collection
Collection consists primarily of materials written by Ivah and Faye Schumaker of New Mexico. Includes a notebook with several separate sections of journal entries by either Ivah or Faye Schumaker describing various trips such as a 1914 camping trip to the Black Range in southwest New Mexico, a 1915 train trip to the Grand Canyon, and a 1922 train trip to New Orleans. Also within the collection are poems written by the Schumakers and a few newspaper clippings of poetry.
