Ella Black Chandler Scrapbook
The twenty-one page scrapbook compiled by Ella Black Chandler, presents a collection of photographs and text pertaining to Ella's summer session at the New Mexico Normal School [New Mexico Highlands Uninversity] in 1924. The photographs are fixed in the scrapbook and are of various sites in northern New Mexico.

Enel Godlove of Amistad, New Mexico, applied for a patent pertaining to "Gas and Spark Lever for the Control of Motor-Vehicle Engines" on January 3, 1919 and received the patent on May 13, 1919. Patent certificate explains the process with an accompanying sketch [transfer 9557/45a,b]
Engel Bert Van de Greyn Documents
Collection contains Van de Greyn's passport created in 1921 for travels into Mexico. Passport contains a photo of Van de Greyn. Also included is Van de Greyn's certificate to practice Professional Engineering and Land Surveying in New Mexico. One of Mr. Van de Greyn's works, the Don Gaspar Bridge in Santa Fe, has been put on the National Historic Places [transfer 11290/45]
E.R. Boles Letters
Collection consists of two letters, dated February 28 and April 25, 1862, written by E.R. Boles to his parents. The letters give details of the battles of Valverde and Glorieta Pass, and some information on Ft. Craig, New Mexico. Typescripts of the letters are also included.

Collection consists of a 13-page handwritten text of a speech given by Blumenschein in 1953 on the occasion of John Gaw Meem's induction as an honorary fellow of the School of American Research in Santa Fe, and five letters sent and one letter received by Blumenschein between 1946 and 1955.

Eugene A. Fiske Collection
Collection consists of two items: one 1909 invitation to Fiske for a reception in El Paso, Texas for U.S. President William Howard Taft and Mexican President Porfirio Diaz; and one undated leather bound notebook containing an inventory of Fiske's personal library. The notebook has typed entries with handwritten corrections and additions.

Fairview Santa Fe Cemetery Records
The Fairview Cemetery Collection consists of photocopies of the original interment and plot ownership records of Santa Fe's Fairview Cemetery. These records were kept by the Santa Fe Woman's Club.
The first half of the Fairview Cemetery Collection consists of alphabetized interment records and the second half of alphabetized plot ownership records.
Farmer's Almanac Collection
These almanacs were originally catalogued with books in the library. As the number of almanacs increased, it was determined that grouping them together in a collection would make them more accessible. Most of the almanacs are fragile due to their age. Collection consists of almanacs dating from 1841 to 1958. Some of the almanacs are in Spanish, but the majority of them are Old Farmer’s Almanacs published in Boston, Massachusetts and Portland, Maine in English.
Farona Konopak Papers
The collection consists of letters, holiday cards and postcards to Farona Konopak, including from poets Witter Bynner and Haniel Long.
Father Juan Miguel Menchero Collection
Collection consists of a 1752 petition by Father Juan Miguel Menchero to Governor and Captain Tomas Velez Cachupin of New Mexico; and Cachupin's response. Menchero's petition is for assistance in the construction of the Mission of Our Lady of Sorrows and Saint Anthony at Sandia Pueblo. Cachupin agrees to this request in his response.
Fayette S. Curtis Collection
Collection consists of fourteen sheets of ink drawings by Rosa Margaret Curtis. The drawings of armor and weaponry used by the Spanish in the Southwest, are the original drawings used by her husband, Fayette S. Curtis, to illustrate his article on Spanish weaponry and armor.
These are described in more detail in the New Mexico Historical Review Vol. 2, No. 2, April, 1927 in the article written by F. A. Curtis, "Spanish Arms and Armor in the Southwest."
