Scope and Contents From the Collection: This collection contains donated menus, guides, beer mats, and promtional ephemera from the New Mexico hospitality industry, primarily in Albuquerque, including restaurants, stores, food trucks, hotels/motels, etc. Materials vary in age – some of the businesses represented are long closed, but many of the items are no older than 2010 and many of those businesses are still open, though their menus and/or services provided may have changed in the ensuing years.
