Scope and Contents

From the Collection: This collection contains donated menus, guides, beer mats, and promtional ephemera from the New Mexico hospitality industry, primarily in Albuquerque, including restaurants, stores, food trucks, hotels/motels, etc. Materials vary in age – some of the businesses represented are long closed, but many of the items are no older than 2010 and many of those businesses are still open, though their menus and/or services provided may have changed in the ensuing years. Date of the item's origin and years of operation of the business have been provided when available. The items have been separated into four subject areas.
