Biographical/Historical:
Photographs obtained by Chaco Center personnel, 1970-1985. During the course of the Chaco Project, an attempt was made to acquire, through copies or donations of original prints, historic photos of Chaco Canyon. Various institutions were contacted, as were UNM Field School alumni. Few, if any, records were kept about how the images were acquired. All small prints were pasted onto NPS 10-30 photocards and filed by site number in the Chaco Center photographic files.
