Scope and Contents
This series is arranged into eight subseries: Subseries A: General Coordination, Subseries B: Organization of Production, Subseries C: Society and Polity, Subseries D: Chaco World, Subseries E: Economy and Ecology, Subseries F: Chaco Architecture, Subseries G: Chaco Capstone Conference. Subseries H: Associated Events.
This series documents the topically themed conferences, which were the mainstay of the Chaco Synthesis Project. In addition to the coordination of the conferences, and the five themed conferences, there was also a summary conference and other associated gatherings, e.g. a seminar and an e-conference. The records consist of correspondence, agendas, outlines, publicity releases, participants list, papers, and reports pertaining to the planning, proceedings, and reportings on the conferences.
