Scope and Contents
The bulk of the collection’s photographic materials—including prints, photomosaics, negatives, slides, and glass plate positives—are contained in this series. These images largely consist of the high-altitude vertical photographs taken as part of various aerial mapping or remote sensing projects, although the slides are mostly comprised of terrestrial images. Some folders also include associated documents such as image lists, flight line maps, letters, overlays, envelopes, computer printouts, order forms, and invoices. Additional images (including project- related terrestrial photographs) are interfiled with related materials throughout the collection, particularly the project files.
