History:
Paul Reiter was Foreman for and ran a WPA ( Works Progress Administration) project at Chaco from approximately 1937-1939, during which time the WPA contract was shifted from SAR to UNM (February 1, 1938), when UNM and SAR terminated shared staffing arrangements.
