From the Collection:
This collection consists of papers of Henry P. Weihofen, a professor of law at the UNM School of Law from 1948-1979. His papers included extensive correspondence on all aspects of his career from 1948-1987. It also includes his research notes for construction of his lectures to several of law school classes and his notebooks from his time as student in law school. It also contains drafts of his History of the Law School. 1947-1987.
Biographical and Correspondence files, Box 1: contains biographical information and correspondence files on a wide variety of subjects from 1948 to 1988.
Research files: notes, background information used to create the lectures for several of his law school classes.
Notebooks: includes his notes from the classes he took at the University of Chicago School of Law.
Book Drafts: includes several copies of various draft of his history of the UNM School of law, some contain corrections and marginalia notes.
