 File — Box: 197, Folder: 1
Scope and Contents Page proofs of the novel, dated March 31, 2016. (Prior to final final proof listed in X above.) They include my corrections in red ink, and a proof reader's comments, mostly about hyphenated and non-hyphenated words. Not many corrections, but interesting, the ones they caught.

THE ANNUAL BIG ARSENIC FISHING CONTEST (Z), 2016

 File — Box: 197, Folder: 2
Scope and Contents Final page proofs, dated May 6, 2016. (Prior to final final proofs listed in X above!) Maybe 10 pages with corrections are tagged by Press proof reader. I find these corrections amazing! A real lesson in how serious proof readers strive to make the text and page designs perfect! A writer should be very grateful.

ON TOP OF SPOON MOUNTAIN (41), 2012

 File — Box: 197, Folder: 3
Scope and Contents Folder has OVERSIZE set of page proofs for the novel. I hated small type and the newspaper column look of the design. With 33 lines per page. In this form the novel was 213 pages long. I complained to Maya Allen-Gallegos, who changed the design to larger type, 30 lines per page, wider columns, which I felt looked better, extending the novel to 223 pages. At rear of this folder are the revised proofs comprising first two pages of Chapter Two.

ON TOP OF SPOON MOUNTAIN (42), 2012

 File — Box: 197, Folder: 4
Scope and Contents Final page proofs with comments by proof reader, Amanda Piell, and my reactions. 223 pages. Includes my grateful letter for last minute change in design to make columns wider, less claustrophobic, more easily readable. Change seems minor, but made a HUGE difference to me!
