Scope and Content From the Collection: The 140 pages of documents sewn together in a legajo contain land title transfer documents of the caballeria (ancient land tenure) in the Fuente del Hierro in the city of Ronda, Málaga, España. The caballeria was originally property of the Convento de Madre de Dios. Title owners: Convento de Madre de Dios, Doña Gabriela Mayorga, Doña Ana Duro, Don Alonso Holgado, Alfonso del Sumudio, Alonso del Villa García, Juan de Rueda and others.
