Scope and Content From the Collection: The collection consists of a single 60 minute audio recording of Chris Wilson interviewing William Leverett, Jr. The interview lasts less than 30 minutes. It focuses on the development of Nob Hill's Monte Vista subdivision, and to a much lesser extent, University Heights.
