Scope and Contents Enclosing a printed sheet with the date 1870, re. "Colegio Mexicano." The letter is addressed to "Querido discipulo y buen amigo." Florid letter from teacher to "pupil" apologizing for long delay in responding to Armijo's letter, which took months to arrive due to slothfulness of various Mexican parties, etc., an advice about a Contract about to be let for a Concession for a railroad between Chihuahua and El Paso del Norte which he believes should interest Armijo, etc., etc.
