Scope and Contents This portion of the collection consists of 15 issues of Voice of POWS and MIAS, from Vol. 2 No. 1, January/February 1973, to Vol. IV, No. 5, August/October 1975. There is also a "Welcome Home POWs" bumper sticker produced by VIVA-Voices in Vital America and a full-page advertisement from the February 12, 1973 issue of the Washington Post advocating for support of POWs and MIAs.
