Scope and Content From the Collection: This collection consists of a single volume that primarily contains the minutes of annual meetings. The minutes generally show the election of officers for the coming year, the distribution of stock and the distribution of dividends. Late entries indicate the business had fallen on hard times. Early minutes are hand written, the final four entries are typewritten and tipped in to the volume.
