Scope and Contents About fifty letters to and from W.J.P. concerning his research into the history of the First National Bank of Santa Fe. The bulk of the correspondence is dated late in 1961. The folder also includes annotated copies of Paul A. F. Walter's Banking in New Mexico Before the Railroad Came! and John Evans' From Stagecoach to Space Age; 100 Years of Banking in the Rocky Mountain West (1860-1960), and a few other miscellaneous items.
