Scope and Contents
Collection consists of photographs collected and curated by Neil Allen Productions for slide installations as part of the National Museum of History and Technology's (now the National Museum of American History) Hall of Photography exhibit at the Smithsonian Institution, 1973-1992. The collection documents the history of photography. Most of the prints in the collection include notations and identification on the reverse, and many were provided by the photographers themselves, some of substantial renown.
