Collection of handwritten and typed notes and notebooks from Bjorn Halvorsen's travels. A sizeable collection of poetry handwritten and typed. A Collection of philosophical essays and a few short stories. 3 plays with multiple copies of each. CD's of a Documentary about Bjorn multiple copies. Copies of his original printing/publishing of "Notebooks Off The Road."

Biographical / Historical

Bjorn Harold Halvorsen was a cross country Piano mover and family mover. He wrote throughout his travels including observations of the world around him, poetry, philosophical essays, short stories, plays, you name it. He had a love for music; played Clarinet. Bjorn Started 2 moving companies one of which sustained after his passing. He and is last wife also started and sustained for some time a small Theater in Taos, NM. His youth was full of trials and tribulations, which gave him a unique perspective on the world as he healed and processed. For his generation, his spiritual perspectives were interesting and deeply introspective. His writings are a reflection of how he navigated his personal transformation journey and fascination with suicide. His later years he struggled with physical ailments that limited his movement.
