Education reform materials from Latin America regarding education reform after the dictatorship of the 1990’s, decentralized education, teacher professional development, pedagogy, indigenous education, questionnaire development. Most are from Paraguay. Other countries include Panama, Nicaragua, Mexico, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Columbia, Argentina, and Bolivia. Contains mostly publications and some questionnaires and workbooks.
