Scope and Contents

The majority of the University Sociology Department Papers is from the 1970s and 1980s. It consists of university department reports, faculty proposals and essays, faculty memos and correspondences, and faculty employment history. The collection is organized into two areas: university records and department information, which includes annual reports, and department self-studies; and faculty and staff information, which includes employment records, employment contracts, curriculum vitaes, and biographical information. Each of these areas is arranged alphabetically for ease of reference.
