Scope and Contents
Vera Mae Bartlett's scrapbook contains postcards, pamphlets, mementos, and photographs from a vacation to Cuba in 1957. She took the Lykes Line steamship from Galveston, TX to Cuba and through the Panama Canal, with stops along the way in Cuba and Panama. Postcards, clippings, and brochures provide historical and cultural context, while photographs are generally of people and activities on and off the ship.
