Biographical / Historical

The New Mexico Research and Study Council (NMRSC) is an administrative organization created by New Mexico public school districts and the University of New Mexico to promote mutual education. NMRSC engages in service, research, educational workshops, and cooperative instruction to improve education in New Mexico. NMRSC focuses on educational cooperation at every level of the educational process and planning. The University of New Mexico is a primary sponsoring institution of NMRSC.
