Black and white photo postcards of New Mexican Pueblo Native Americans, taken by Milton E. Porter. Included are portraits and scenes of everyday life at Isleta, San Ildefonso, Acoma, and other unidentified pueblos. Descriptive postcard titles are copied in this finding aid and may use derogatory terminology.

Biographical Information
Milton Edson Porter (1876-1911) was originally from Ohio. He came to Albuquerque in 1900, where he was a professional photographer until his death at age 35. He was well received in the nearby pueblos, where he photographed extensively.
