Family History

Henriette Spiegelberg married Herman Ilfeld in October 1874, linking two of New Mexico's successful business families. The Spiegelberg Family was originally from Hanover, Germany. The Ilfelds were also German emigrants who settled in New Mexico. Both families operated mercantile businesses out of Las Vegas, New Mexico.
