Scope and Content
This collection consists of six documentary videos on DVD, which record presentations and interviews about the Farm Workers Movement and César Chávez. Interviewees include Chuy Martínez, Helen Lucero, Andrew Connors, Stephen Sprague, Jane Sprague, Joseph Chávez, Concha Ortiz y Pino, Jose Villegas, Coralee Holguin Anderson, Delma de Lora and Eleanor Chávez.
The collection also contains rosters, meeting agendas, resolutions, and newsletters of the Labor Party of New Mexico. Also included notes from filmed interviews and documents of the Recuerda a César Chávez Committee.

Biographical Information
This material was compiled by Francine Cronshaw, New Mexican journalist. She produced two of the documentaries with videographer Patti Gladstone.
Cronshaw was involved with Albuquerque's Recuerda a César Chávez Committee, and was a member of the Labor Party of New Mexico, which in 1999 had 150 members. Organizer Robert Mast claimed that the Party was 70 percent unionist, 50 percent people of color, and one-third women.
