Scope and Content
The collection consists of fifteen reels of microfilm from the Archivo Histórico de Cartago, containing some 10,000-15,000 documents. Many of the documents are damaged and illegible. The collection also includes a partial and unverified inventory of the documents on the microfilm compiled by researcher Dr. Larry Larrichio. The documents described in the inventory represent only a small portion of the entire collection. Some more detailed descriptions of the documents are available in the additional sources listed below.
