Enoch O. Moore continued farming like his father, Charles. He was born May 25, 1891 at Lee's Summit, Missouri. As a farmer, he was concerned about conservation of water in the Pecos Valley. He served as president of the State Association of Soil Conservation Districts and Chair of the Water Conservation Committee of the Roswell Chamber of Commerce.
