The New Mexico Conference on Aging records include pamphlets, directories, reports, and surveys related to senior services in New Mexico. Reports in the collection include: a report to the directors of the Albuquerque Branch of the American Association of University Women (1964) and a final report from the New Mexico White House Conference on Aging entitled, Aging with a Future in New Mexico. One folder contains loose documents of addresses, surveys and statements made at the White House sponsored New Mexico Conference on Aging (1960-1961). There are two directories of services in New Mexico for adults seeking information about aging and mental health. One directory describes adult services in New Mexico and was published by Coordinated Action for Senior Adults, Inc., or CASA. Guides for the years 1968, 1972, and 1974 are included. The second directory concerns mental health resources in New Mexico and was prepared by the New Mexico Department of Public Health in 1965.
