Dr Bahm's collection comprises one box of reprints of articles, talks and reviews of articles and books he has produced throughout his career beginning in 1937. There are approximately 250 individual items arranged by year of publication. Additional published materials have been catalogued in the general library collection.

Biograpical Information

Dr Archie Bahm is an Emeritus Professor of Philosophy, University of New Mexico. He served as Acting Chair of the Department of Philosophy from 1954-55 and again from 1964-65. He is a member of numerous committees to support and promote the exchange of philosophical ideas and organized the Albuquerque Chapter of the Southwestern Regional American Humanist Association in 1954. He is also an organizer, past president, and past secretary-treasurer of the New Mexico Philosophical Society.
