From the Collection:
This component of the collection consists primarily of Nelson Valdés' English translations of Fidel Castro's speeches and communiques. Also included is a selection and communiques of Castro's speeches in Spanish, as well as the text of several interviews conducted with Fidel Castro. Published interviews conducted with Castro, as well as news publications and clippings containing articles about Castro and Cuba are also present in the collection. Prominant subjects include the Revolution, Communism, Marxism, international relations. The bulk of this collection remains unprocessed.
