- Warranty deed from Juan Cruz Baca and Maria Luisa Castiyo de Baca to Seferino Tafoya and Epigmenio Tafoya. 1874
- Court decision submitted by Thomas B. Catron regarding land issue. - Seferino Tafoya and Epigmenio Tafoya vs Fernandez Tafoya, Tomás Trujillo, Jose Trujillo, Rafael Jaramillo, José Tafoya and Nestor Jaramillo.1874
- Contract for Belen residents to build and maintain an atarque or water dam/reservoir to hold potential flood waters from a nearby canyon. Also discusses water conservation methods, water rights, and payments and work schedule made with the mayordomo or community water coordinator. 1874
