Scope and Contents
When NEH funding for Encuentros ran out at the end of 1988, Spain '92 took over. The result was a change from a newsletter format to a glossy magazine format and editorial design moved to the offices of Spain '92, in continued cooperation with the LAI. These are the Encounters records from the LAI offices.
