Scope and Contents

From the Collection: This collection includes photographic material by architects Edith (Edie) Cherry and James (Jim) See, captured during travels over nearly 60 years, especially focused on the Southwest and New Mexico. Both are accomplished photographers and the collection provides insight into what each values and "sees" when holding a camera. Subjects document their wide ranging interests, including the history of architecture, natural and created landscapes, and activities such as mining and motorcycling.

The collection is arranged in series, separated by photographer (Cherry or See), State and location, and format (transparency, negatives/prints, and digital). State order is roughtly alphabetic, but also reflects processing order.
