The Armand G. Winfield Papers contain publications, manuscripts, research notes, correspondence, newspaper clippings and photographs relating to his career as a plastics researcher and consultant.The collection is divided into five series: I. Personal papers; II. Publications; III. Manuscripts; IV. Research/Subject files and Publicity; V. Community Service and Awards. Winfield's work with plastics in art, architecture and building, exhibits and entertainment is reflected in well over 300 published articles and papers, many appearing in organs of the Society of Plastics Engineers (Society of Plastics Engineers). Published articles include some co-authored by the late Barbara LaBarge Winfield.
