Scope and Contents

He wants to go home and promises to stay in his own room, "where no one could see me or know that I was there." and again suggests that he could go (home) at night. Expresses a wish to be "out of the way entirely rather than in jail". And asks, by the way, did they get the package waiting at the Post Office for him and, if so, what is it, and would they bring it to him.
