Scope and Contents Anonymous woman. Begins at 18:26 and ends at 43:26. Similar to songs on CD 249, by Dolores Tafoya. Various songs (fair to poor recording, sings short parts of songs, singing in Spanish, woman provides introduction with information about who taught her the songs, her father, she comments on them, women, about 30 seconds of silence at 27:50, then singing resumes, among them, Corrido de Guadalupe Rayos, government after him; Corrido del Renganche; Corrido del Siete de Octubre, Don Feliz, Felice, muerte, death; 4. La Juanita, que bonita; Corrido de La Mancornadora, singing; Corrido de Jesus Cadena, singing; Corrido de un vaquero, cowboy, died on the range, mother learned of his death, etc.)
Scope and Contents Anonymous man. Begins at 43:30 and ends at 58:51. Stories, poor recording, too fast. 1. Three friends (went to royal court, legal problems); 2. Three sons (poor recording, bragging about their fathers, careers); 3. El Borreguero (poor recording, story about a borreguero, sheep herder).
