Scope and Content
From the Collection:
The collection is organized into five series: Academic, Administrative, Government, Other Intuitions, and Personal. The Academic series contains documents and correspondence between Hill and departments on campus, faculty, and students. This series also contains photographs of faculty and students. The Administrative series contains documents and correspondence related to the Board of Regents, campus buildings and grounds, committees, finances, and University lands. The Government series contains correspondence between UNM and the state of New Mexico and federal government organizations. The Other Institutions series contains correspondence between Hill and other Universities and high schools. The Personal series contains scrapbooks and writings of Hill. This series also contains correspondence with publishing companies as he tried to publish his writings.
