Pencil drawings: west elevation, east elevation, floor plan, north and south elevations and exterior wall section; Blueprints: same as drawings but with cover sheet and Construction Industries Division approvals (CID); small pencil drawing on graph paper: La Savina floor plan; photocopies of blueprints: Mead residence reflected ceiling plan, Walter Mead guest house ceiling plan; documents: Stewart Construction Company- Mead's Job Specififications, Main House; Window Specifications on telephone bid form- Mead Guest House. (Note that the location of this residence was identified by a researcher conducting renovations for the family at the site in January 2023.)
