Scope and Content

From the Collection: This collection contains 15 engravings by Everardo Ramírez, each signed in pencil by the artist. The prints focus on people at work in Ramírez' home town of San Francisco, a suburb of Coyoacán, Mexico. The collection was printed by the Taller de Gráfica Popular and issued by La Estampa Mexicana in 1948. The folio includes a prologue by Olivia Peralta, in both English and Spanish. Part of a limited edition of 75 folios, this is number 2. Prignitz #'s 723-737. Prints are 33 x 40 cm.
