Book of lined paper, written in pencil, dedicated entirely to recipes for eggs. The first 136 recipes are numbered, followed by approximately 30 more without numbers. The entries include Huevos con espinaca, Huevos rellenos, Huevos San Pascual, Huevos soufflés, Huevos napolitanos, Huevos daneses, Huevos a la Benedict estilo 1912, Huevos dormidos. The writer has marked and in some cases graded the recipes, and a few have been crossed out.
